ministry Children and young people are central to the life of St Andrews Church. We will be seeking in the year ahead ways of enhancing our ministry with them and for them Subsidence caused by the redwood trees is affecting the east end of the church. Of greatest concern is the threat to the beautiful stained glass window. We are fundraising and consulting with structural engineers in order to remedy this problem as soon as possible A significant number of younger families from the Banner Lane estates are joining St Andrews. We want to welcome them, ensuring as we do we maintain our partnership with St Oswalds Tile Hill

Mrs Thomas Beatrice “Mary” May A keen lover of the countryside Mary and her husband were familiar figures
out walking in the local area. Mary loved animals and had also watched many of
the children living nearby grow up and go on to have families of their own. Our
thoughts are with Arthur, who looked after her with such devotion throughout her
long illness, and their daughter, Sandra and her family. |
