Freda Hood
St. Andrew's Church said farewell to Freda, a long term member, at her funeral service on the 12th January. Freda was born in Coventry in 1916. She served her country in WW2 doing highly secret work, for this she was proud to receive a Veterans Badge. Her faith was an inspiration to many, she knew that death is not the end. Shortly before she died she repeated her long held wish to see Jesus face to face. She leaves a devoted daughter, Sara, and our thoughts and prayers are very much with her.
